MMMmmmm.... Beer, nice taste with a bit of honey aroma. Very slight sour/bitter ending. Will surly get better with age. Now to check on that Irish red in the fermenter....

I have been salvaging bottles at work (I work at a bar) and have just let them soak in Dawn and hot water for about 30min, then use a s/s scrubber. Couple of swipes and label and glue are removed.

OK, took gravity reading, 1.010, OG was 1.050. Tasted.....not bad!! Slight honey aroma but no honey taste, could be a little more bitter though. Will test gravity again tonight, may be bottling...

Thanks for the advice, I am going to Old West Homebrew Supply on saturday to get ingredients and an air lock. I will keep the advice on the darker brews in mind and keep a good log.
