Thanks for the advice; I've decided to let it sit another week or two in the primary since I'm still seeing a bit of activity. I've just never had one finish this high before so I was a bit alarmed.

Thanks for all the help. I will be mashing them (first time) along with some other base grains as well. I've been using BeerSmith to do some of the math, trying to figure out the temps.
