Valves came from oscsys.com and they can run anywhere from 12 to 24V DC. They have been working great... We're up to 150 gallons so far this year!

We only did a 25 gallon batch this time but definitely only think it is 40 gallons like you said. The boil would be pretty exciting at 40 gallons too!

Water test... We fired up both burners and ran water around with the valves and pumps. Couple leaks here and there but not too bad.

We did fill the mash tun up nearly full and didn't have issues...

Flame test went well in the hlt. Heat shield held the powder coat down to 40C while the hlt was boiling. We took pictures with the thermal imager so I'll post those later on...
