How much yeast for this recipe?

Going to brew this tonight. I should have an OG of 1.087 a FG of 1.024, and end up around 8.25% abv. I have the 11.5g packs of safale us-05 and will pitch dry.

Can I bottle condition in 750ml beer bottles that I have? I am concerned about bottle bombs. They are southern tier bottles. Thanks!
