You made life so much easier today......... I am going to get 250 business cards printed up for my labels for $10 with a bag of rubber bands. Thank you for the great idea.

They are meant for negative pressure canning, not a positive pressure that is produced with carbonation. The thin metal lids would exploded in no time...

I found these at Grocery Outlet in Grants Pass. I bought 6 and will go back for more. Sparkling Lemonade, obviously made for carbonated beverages. 1 liter bottles.

Looks like I am gonna try your recipe next. I am one week into my first ever batch of any type of brew. I did 1 gal of juiced fresh apples from my neighbors yard with 1 cup sugar and 1 cup of honey....
