Hop Union isn't selling small quantities of hop oil at the moment and isn't sure if they will in the near future either.

They will sell in mass quantity but not in home brewer size for now.

I would prefer permanently mounted because otherwise it is just one more thing to setup during brewday. Also, I would like to be able to put on a lid and this would stick out of the top.
