Think I read that the "2" in the triangle represents the grade of plastic and it's food safe.
Been using the white buckets with the gamma lids to store grain for past year or so, no problems.

If I had it to do over I may have added the Mount Mellick later in the boil, maybe last 15mins. We'll see I think the color is off for Harp. Hope the taste is similar!!

Was just up in Bethlehem at Keystone HBS picking up the Amer. Lager kit I just brewed....

Yeast starter with wheat DME

Would like to know if creating a yeast starter with a wheat DME would be better for a Belgian Wheat beer as opposed to a standard DME?

I'll be using the Wyeast Belgian Wit #3944.
