2nd Stage will be .5 Columbus, .5 oz Simcoe, .25 Centennial, .25 oz Amarillo.

It is definitely a Hop Bomb.

This. The temperature depends on the yeast you are using. Most suggest not to go over 68F so the 67F in your house will be fine.
