Ok to bottle?

It's week 3 almost 4, and my maple red ale is still slowly bubbling, I'm not quite sure if it's safe to bottle yet. Any thoughts?

Use spring water jugs!!! They are the best!! You don't have to sanitize anything when you make mead! Just dump enough water out to make room for your ingredients and dump them in and jam an airlock...

I just hit the jackpot! About an hour ago I found a ton of cascade growing out of control in an abandoned lot! Somewhere around 15 vines plus everything growing all over the ground! Hell yeah!
