Anyway, it begs the question- why must the alcoholic beverage derived from grain necessarily be carbonated and served cold? Why not a barleywine which is served like grape wine?

Well, that didn't work either. Its gonna get dumped out. Next time I will try juice, and corn sugar for kick. I'll also try to shake it for longer.

Gravity stuck but still bubbling

My gravity isn't changing but I'm still seeing very sporadic bubbling in the carboy, its been in primary for about three weeks, can I bottle it or should I wait until no bubbles can be seen?
