Yep! Rack every two months till there isn't any yeast on the bottom. Not even a thin layer. It takes longer for all of to drop out than you think. It will probably take at least 3 rackings.

I wouldn't use the no rinse cleaner. It says no rinse, but why would you want that flavour in your wine? I usually scrub everything with hot soapy water, rinse well, dry, and give a quick misting...
