Im confused about your cleaning/sanitation process? You did this to your bottles 4 months ago? Then just bottled right into them without rinsing or sanitizing them again right before you filled them?...

I hear people say a lot that sometimes you should add a small dose of fresh yeast and sugar at bottling time if you think there might not be an optimal amount left in the beer....

just a suggestion though. maybe switch the tv and that picture behind the bar. that way your not looking sideways when your watching tv.

5/16" Check Valve on Regular, 1/4" Distributor

Doh!

Didn't realize my regular's check valve and air line were 5/16" and I bought a 1/4" distributor.

Can either of these be replaced? i.e. put a 5/16" barb on my distributor, or a new 1/4"...
