Nice job! Sounds like you're you're getting your process down. I agree that letting your beer sit in primary for at least two weeks is a good approach, I usually let mine sit in primary for 2-3...

I wouldn't worry too much about something that small getting through. I've had some hops get through to my keg during the transfer and I never noticed any grassy or other off flavors.

I have been using the 60L for 10 gallon batches...

I have been using the 60L for 10 gallon batches for a few months now. I love it, much easier to clean than carboys and have only had one fermentation that hit the airlock.
