I really hope thats how it ends with mine! Lets see, I fermented towards the high side between 70-73F. I used a Brewers Best extract kit but used Wyeast 3638 Bavarian Wheat instead of the dry yeast...

My Hefeweizen has been fermenting for one week. I was curious what it taste like at this stage so i decided to test it out. It smells amazing, just like it should but it had a stronger alcohol taste...

Is one degree too high ok?

Just completed my first batch and checked the temperature and its about 72-73. I'm brewing a hefeweizen and was told to keep it between 64 and 72. Is 73 to high?? Will this ruin my brew?

It came with a dry yeast but the brew dude at my LHBS recommended wyeast 3068 so that's what I got :)

That sounds strange but AMAZING! I've never had a Pumpkin Ale (I'm a youngster new to most beers) but I love everything pumpkin and that extra vodka shot, I must try that!
