nah a blond ale...brewed it back in january.. just got busy and let it set in the ferment room until a couple days ago.

Ugh

Just went out to the brew shed and I have a carboy setting in a fridge cold crashing.. the door was slightly open so the light has been on at least since last night....

First batch in a long time

Brewed my first batch in over a year tonight.. had some equipment malfunctions so missed my numbers by a fair amount but it will still be beer.

not really unless you keg or use fake sweetener. you have to use sorbate to kill off the yeast so you can sweeten it.

I would invest in a hydrometer.. cheap and really the only way to be sure....
and even if the fermentation is "done" leaving it alone a couple of weeks can only help.
