Brewed this with Citra and cascade... very loud...

Brewed this with Citra and cascade... very loud on the Citrus notes, with a bright lemon finish. Wlp001, dry and crisp. Good summer beer for sure

I used to have that problem too, just take them...

I used to have that problem too, just take them apart and lubricate them with a thin layer of sanitary keg grease. It worked wonderfully for me until I got my perlicks, have not had an issue since..

Did you oxygenate the wort before you pitched? Since I been using oxygen pre-fermentation I've noticed all my brews gravity finishing lower than before (method used on 6 brews).

I know the first posts on the page are a bit old but as far as the bk conversation went, has anyone tryed the brewers hardware kettles they look very nice and the price as high as they are don't look...
