Where I'm at I pay $.10-.11/kwhr. So brewday costs me about $3 is electricity. I am paying the base rate and all the I the garbage no matter what so I don't factor that.

I've thought about moving to sanke. In fact I've almost purchased them from Stout or beverage factory multiple times... Sixtels are easy enough to move around and generally still fit in my kegerator....

That should work. 2.5 volumes is a good starting point. You cant really pour a warm beer from the keg to test carbonation...

You can both force carbonate in room temperatures and keep the co2 dissolved at the same temperatures. It takes a higher pressure at warmer temperatures to force carbonate to a desired volume of co2....
