Brewing cider for swmbo. I hit the 2 week mark and decided to take a reading. I set the hydrometer in a glass cup first and the second I set it down, I heard it clack the tip. :smack:

Well I'm not really sure if the liquid is.. I made a son of fermentation chiller, so the box has been sitting at 65 for the whole 10 days now. I'm pretty sure the liquid is 65 if not very close.

I used the 90oz of pumpkin and it gives it a slight pumpkin flavor. BUT big BUT, the aftertaste is nice pumpkin pie flavor.

I also baked the canned pumpkin with cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice :-)

Opened the lid and nothing, absolutely no foam or krausen. I may drive the hr tmr to go to a brew supply and pick up more yeast. I may not want to wait the 2-3 days for another shipment
