Just bottled this. I did change the orginial recipe a bit with some american wheat yeast...all the store had at the time.

Only been able to brew a few from the HBT recipe base, all aside from one (brewer error on my end) have turned out great.

I plan on pulling 2 gallons out into seperate 1-gallon jugs; so I'll have to use a 3 gallon carboy for the remainder.
