Oh and I have no idea how that map was included but she's former Air Force and a dead shot at 200 yards so I'd skip the camping...

I noticed tonight that despite only having around 4.8 gallons of beer in the bucket, the foaming was higher than normal to the point it was coming up into the air lock.

All my mashes have been 60-90 minutes, including one that I ended up mashing at a lower than called for temp but yielded a pretty good light bodied beer.
