So I just opened my latest AG batch of beer, and it seems that when I go to pour or even just leave it in the bottle it just foams up a ton. It foamed out of my bottle and filled an entire pint...

junk in the 3 stage airlock..need to change?

I have some apfelwein brewing and i guess i filled the carboys a bit too high and the airlocks i noticed today have junk in them from the fermenting...should I change them out or is it not to worry?...

On my fourth batch of AG, been just doing different variations of Edworts pale ale.

just before i make this i bought motts apple juice doesn't say anything about preservatives on the bottle but does it have them? Don't want to ruin the apple juice if i bought the wrong type.

Probably was about how I was cleaining the bottles, only would soak them in bleach water for a matter of minutes.....unlucky, but a good thing to know for my next batch which i'll be bottling later...

I just did my first AG and just in the morning put a large garbage can of water into my refridgerator(a commercial style one) and then placed the wort into the water about 6 or so hours later, worked...
