I brew with Windsor all the time and it always turns out great. I love the fruityness in milds and browns. I mash low and get great attenuation.
Don't know why people dislike it so

First year grower here. My Mt.Hoods are the most vigorous plants in my garden. Willamette's are the second biggest, then Centennial, followed by Nugget.
