I use a fine nylon bag that I got at my homebrew...

I use a fine nylon bag that I got at my homebrew store. Just tie it to the dip tube and you're good to go.

Since I've gone all grain I haven't had a bad batch...

Honestly, it'll probably still be a great brew. I think the oats are for body, and mouth feel which honestly should be fine if you keep it unfiltered.

I may be incorrect though on how the oats...

On mine you can adjust the nozel that is connected to the SS false bottom. Loosen the nut, and adjust to leave less wort in the mash tun.

Also, you might want to get some high temp tubing to use...

Strongbow is actually fairly dry compared to somthing like Honrsby or Woodchuck. I honestly don't know if there is anything out there sweeter than those.
