I use a fine nylon bag that I got at my homebrew...
I use a fine nylon bag that I got at my homebrew store. Just tie it to the dip tube and you're good to go.

I wasn't pleased with any of my three extract batches before I went all grain. The worst was my infected pale ale which tasted like plastic.

On mine you can adjust the nozel that is connected to the SS false bottom. Loosen the nut, and adjust to leave less wort in the mash tun.
Also, you might want to get some high temp tubing to use...

Strongbow is actually fairly dry compared to somthing like Honrsby or Woodchuck. I honestly don't know if there is anything out there sweeter than those.
