Thanks, everybody--I'll be using a combination of lifting it onto a wire shelf and transferring it into a sanitized bucket right now (since I brew out back and ferment indoors, too).

Cool! As a novice, I'd never heard of BIAB. This inspires me to think I can do all-grain brewing without forking out scarce resources better (?) or at least more guilt-free used to pay for college...
