How do I know how much line I want for the gas? I have upped both my gas and beer lines to 24 and 20 feet respectively... since that should give me a bit more freedom of where my CO2 tank is placed...

And another advantage of going to bottling bucket first is that you can keep most of the gunk that is on the bottom of the bucket out of your beer a lot more easily.

Well, as for the prying it issue, I would recommend running it under hot (tap) water before removing it, to soften the tubing. (Which is what I have to do in order to get the darn thing in the tube...
