Brewed around 10 gallons of a nice Oktoberfest today. Same recipe as I brewed last year...it turned out to be my favorite Oktoberfest, so no recipe changes.

Saflager W-34/70 makes awesome...

I don't know if Lowe's has any particular problem, but the freezer does dent easily. As to how it was completely destroyed...maybe it fell off a loading dock or truck or something.

The gas lines just need to be long enough so you can maneuver them and/or around them comfortably.

The beer line length does make a difference. Mine are six feet. That works well for me.
