Are there any issues with oxygenating after pitching? I brewed today and didn't notice until it was too late that I was out of oxygen. If I pick up some oxygen tomorrow and oxygenate within 24 hours...

I think I have settled on a smoked porter for my second beer with the pumpkin beer listed above as my first. It should be a good time, this will be the first year that I am providing beer for it.

Medium crystal is usually roughly the same as Crystal/Caramel 60. I'm not sure that I would sub with 80 just because there are distinct flavor differences that you get that reducing the amount used...
