I just did 48 hrs at 30 psi and it was cold crashed as well, but I haven't drawn anything from the keg yet so I'm of no help. I've done this before and it's been fine though.

Also need to make sure the valve is open from the regulator if you have a valve. You can show whatever PSI and a full tank, but if the valve isn't open, you aren't actually getting any Co2 to the keg...
