I have a cider with the dusty white bulbly crust. It smells fine smelled vinegarery adcitic at begining forgot for a monthish and found this. I guess my washed yeast got infected? But it tasted good...

Sweet wild beer

I just tasted my first wild brew and it's sweet with a little funk. I didn't get a pellicle just wild yeast I caught. Dunno what it is could it just be estery? I guess it'll be good in my wires...
