Can do BIAB with a 10 gallon batch or batch sparge in cooler for 20 gallon batch. Uses 2x5500 watt elements and that is just right - not overkill. 25 gallon kettle here but 30 gallon would be better.

First brew with big basket. Worked well. Only 59% overall efficiency but that's with no rinse or squeeze which will help. 10.5 gallons to fermentor. 11,000 watts of electric heaters are really nice....

Don't be a bonehead like me the first time and preheat your water to the same temp as for a partial water mash. You'll be looking for cold water fast and have a long boil, pre-hops to look forward to...

Really like the lid fitting. I don't quite understand the lid holder; seems like a tang on the inside is simpler and doesn't ever put your arms over the heat.

This worked well for me on a 2" TC. I do intend to replace the soft stock seal soon to avoid extrusion but after two brew sessions it's been flawless. I took 19 gallons of water from 89 to 155...
