It was hard for me to bring together all the ingredients from one place. I was able to get yeast and grain from my LHBS but had to get hops online. Trust me it is worth it.

Like a lot of the posts in this thread say the hops are a pretty important part of the flavor profile of this beer. There are sources online that you can get them pretty quick.

Brewed this on 11/25 and kegged it 12/6 finished @ 1.009. Good beer a few weeks later. I am going to try it with US-05 next time...

So what would the flavor difference in using White Labs Hefeweizen IV Ale Yeast, White Labs 320 or Safale US-05. I don't have a good understanding of how the these different yeasts effect the taste....

We need to lobby them to stock the Hops. They don't list the Sorachi Ace and show out of stock on the Motueka. Same with Austin Home Brew. They are my two favorite Net HBS.
