Brewed 5 gallons of this up last night and came out a little hi on og 1.064. Had to scale back the hop additions because of 4.9 alpha. Cooled it down to 62 and it starting to bubble this morning....

Did this up yesterday. mash temp was a little low 152 so turned out 1.062. Got it down to 68 and pitched yeast. Was bubbling very good this morning.

Thanks for getting this back up. Had to wing it today at LHBS. Got a wlp022 Essex ale yeast that I found in another recipe like this. Guess it won't be the same but looking forward to get this one...

Moved this to secondary yesterday for dry hop. Got it down to 1.008 for a abv of 7. Taste is just fantastic. Had a few friends taste the sample and they said they liked to mix of mo and pale malt....
