Priming sugar, coiled hose to get a good swirl. then when I pull out the hose I give it a mellow swirl with the hose for about a minute. Never had an uneven batch.

How long have they been in the bottles? sometimes they carb and condition at different rates, if less than 3 weeks I would let them go at least that long and see...

I am sure going AG had a lot to do with it, but I definitely improved my overall process/patience a lot so it was a pretty significant jump in quality
