I always do starters so i cant really provide guidance. But if I was you I would keep it in the fridge until brew day, pull it out before you start brewing and smack it, let it sit until your done...

Or you can spend $10 and build a drill powered stir bit with a rod and some other pieces...

that picture wont tell much. what gap setting is it set to? as kh54 said, get it as fine as you can without a stuck sparge. might take 2-3 batches to figure it out for your equipment.

shouldnt mess up your beer, but make sure you during bottling that you add the highest temp the beer got into the carbonation calculator so it gives you the right amount of sugar to use.

yes, your not pulling any ibu's out of the hops when the wort is cool. This is why dryhopping doesnt increase the bitterness but adds aroma.

+1, tho its not the life of the tank but the date which the tank needs to be serviced, same goes for any compressed gas tank, COČ, OČ, etc.
