I would definitely make a starter for the simple...

I would definitely make a starter for the simple reason that it ensures a proper pitching rate. I don't know that there's many people on this forum that would advise you not to make one.

I like doing all-grain but I do mostly extract due to time constraints. I can make a great beer with extract though so this isn't always a bad thing.

I only paid $8.99 for my bomber of Panzer. I wince at paying that much but it's much better than the $12 mentioned above.

I have one bucket and two glass carboys, a 6.5 and 5 gallon. I like using the bucket for primary simply because it is easier to pour the beer into the bucket as I do mostly extract brews as of late...
