If you have a problem with the dry erase coming...

If you have a problem with the dry erase coming off to easily, try a Sharpie. With most dry erase material, you can use permanent ink and it comes right off with rubbing alcohol.

In addition to all the wonderful answers so far...it also allows some time for the yeast to settle to the bottom of the bottle. I don't mind drinking yeast but it's certainly a downside of bottle...

As Igliashon said, if you can get the WB-06 I would. I've had great success with that yeast. I'd also recommend Amarillo addition if you like the citrus flavors.
