thats a good question, my plan is to dry hop a bit right at the end of a long secondary ageing and just before bottleing of course. im playin it by ear, how was your barely wine?

just adjusted... lost the 30L all together added...

just adjusted... lost the 30L all together added 1 lb of marris otter as well as 4 oz roasted barley and changed the 120L to 12 oz. that should give me a nice reddish 16.4 SRM,,,.
