haha I like the Sam Adams Cherry Wheat. BTW I called Northern Brewer (that is where I got the kit) and they said I could add it to eithier the secondary or the keg it didn't really matter.

Weizenbock... burnt taste???

My Weizenbock has a strong burnt taste after you drink it. Does anyone know what might have caused that? I read Palmer's book on off tastes but this doesn't seem to be one of them in the book.

I am planning on making a boddington's clone today. I got it from Austin Homebrew. If you get yours there, make sure they send you malto dextrin. They forgot mine.
