Don't have all the essentials...Didn't want to deal with going to the hardware store or anywhere for that matter during mid boil.

All is good, chilled pretty quickly with ~20lb ice in the bathtub....

I think I'm gonna take the time to chill in the bathtub with ice as I have a lot of late hop additions and not sure how the no chill would affect this.

exactly what it looks like, I do hang it upside down but there must have been just enough left in the kinked section. If nothing else, it gives the starter I made last night some time to get rippin'

I finally tapped this keg... This yeast definitely has a very apparent peach/stone fruit flavor, as others have mentioned reminds me a lot of Magic Hat #9. Did this as a BIAB and had lower efficiency...

Weldless Sight Tee - BrewHardware (WLSTNT)

I have a brand new weldless sight tee with 1/4" NPT plug from Brew Hardware that I ended up not needing. Not shown in the picture, but included is the eye bolt. I'll let it go for $20 :mug:
