There is a limit of 6 cases per person and are $72 per case. My friend was there a couple months ago. He said it was best to go on canning days, Monday or Thursday.

I am planning on brewing the Pointon's Proper English Style Dark Mild for the Big Brew on Saturday and have a few questions.

I batch sparge and usually use "spring" water that I buy at the store...

I think that is the standard price everywhere. I got mine at Northern Brewer when they were offering a $25 gift card with a purchase of the burner. That's about the best deal I could find.

I have my keezer set at 35* but I usually do 30...

I have my keezer set at 35* but I usually do 30 psi for 36 hrs and then drop it to serving pressure of 10 psi. I do not shake. I think you will be ok with 5 feet of tubing. Good luck
