went out of town for 3 days - primary blew all over the place. am i hosed?

I should have known this was going to happen :cross:

brewed a belgian wit on Sunday, and used a white labs yeast (didn't make a starter). went out of town on Monday morning, just got back...

I guess $120 isn't too bad. The 15gal is a bit large for my needs, plus with the stand included, you're looking at more $$ than that one on ebay.

who sells plastic conicals?

i don't know that i want to spend the $$ on a stainless one, and the only plastic ones i've seen are at www.minibrew.com ... anyone else make these?

Founder's Breakfast Stout clone?

Anyone have one? It's hands-down my favorite beer, but I can't get it anywhere near Omaha.

Nice stout with a crazy-intense espresso flavor... YUM.
