If you have problems with staining clumping yeast...

If you have problems with staining clumping yeast you might wanna try another stain. Methylene Blue stain does not stain clumps well, Safranin stain doesn't seem to have that problem.

I've been using the same flasks in the lab I work in with an electric hotplate/stirrer for the past 13+ years..... no issues. Boiling stuff, pretty nasty stuff, a few times weekly.

3711 is not temp finicky like other saision strains. I did a tank 7 clone that finished at 0.998 in about 10 days @ my basement temps of 66 and it had a great mouthfeel.
