I would leave it in primary for the full 30 days. The yeast could be cleaning up still.

Here are a couple pictures from my gravity sample. It started at 1.071 and is now at 1.014. It tastes DELICIOUS! If the gravity is the same tomorrow Im going to transfer to secondary and dry hop....

That looks better than the rhizomes I got from morebeer last year. Just remember, don't expect anything in the first year and whatever you do get is better than nothing.

Simcoe is still under a patent. In order to grow you must be licensed by the person owning the patent. There for growers cant sell the rhizomes.
