I'm not sure about the recipe, but I can tell you that Galaxy is a pretty amazing hop. Lots of bright mango and tropical fruit notes, some citrus. One of my new favorites.

Yeah that is true. Definitely more american hop focused. The only brews on NB that use Noble hops are the British/Belgian kits.

+1 to this. When I did my first extract brew I followed the directions to the dot. I let it ferment for 1-2 weeks primary and then let it sit in secondary for a week.
