Most LHBS set their mill so that 3 vessel brewers avoid a stuck sparge. With BIAB, you don't need to worry about this. Based on my experience, most of the time a double crush improves efficiency....

I also give it a few days. In addition, in most cases you won't need a starter if you reuse your yeast within a week. Use Mr. Malty to calculate how much yeast you need.
