Yes.

I have two coolers. One 2 gallon, one 6 gallons and I use either depending on the size of the batch. Using the drain hole, however, gets it plugged up really fast.

As I understand it, the cotyledon will eat up most of the sugars and starches rather quickly, leaving mostly unfermentables and oils. I might still try it, though.
