I think you should commit to getting everything (even it it's over time like masonjax suggests) or just get a Perlick 575, with the creamer to knock out some of the CO2.

I mostly use dry yeast and you don't have to aerate it. I still let it spash around while I fill my fermenter, but I don't do anything else.

The Auber ones have a good ratio of quality and affordability. Plus that is what many people here use, so you can easily ask questions. As for the best, you could spend hundreds of dollars on those.

Thanks. I tested the outlets and they are the same phase. I assume if someone knows what they are doing, it would be an easy task to open the breaker and change one of the phases.
