"The Joy of Home Winemaking" by Terry Garey is a good book to have around.
Its not as technical as other books out there but still a good read for Beginners and seasoned winemakers.

I thought it was a Great movie,but then I haven't seen a Clint Eastwood movie I haven't liked.
The bad acting from the supporting actors made the movie even better IMO.

Temp changes in a bottle will be more drastic then in a 5 gallon carboy.
