I always trim the bone from mine and then tie it...

I always trim the bone from mine and then tie it up in a nice even round shape. This helps it cook evenly. On the bone they can cook uneven and you get some dryer parts.

Remember that the breaker is selected to match the size of the wire. Nothing else. If you have wire rated for 15a, you can't upgrade beakers without replacing the wire.
