Bottled three weeks ago and this is the final result. Epic brew with heavy tropical fruit and very well balanced. Going into the regular rotation!

OK that makes me feel better. Decided to wait until early next week to give it a few more days in secondary and will then prime based on the Tasty Brew numbers. Thanks for the input!:rockin:

Have this one in primary now. Went slightly higher on the grain bill and made a big ass starter so crossing my fingers. SG was 1.080 and hydrometer sample tasted great!

Flavor profile was spot on however our version came out significantly drier than Pliny. My guess is a process control issue on the front end which I'll attempt to fix on the next batch.

Did an IPA with Zythos and the bittering wasn't bad however it had virtually no hop aroma. Thinking about a re-do and adding 4 oz to the dry hop schedule.

I brewed this exact recipe three weeks ago and just transfered to secondary today. Initial results are hoppy but smooth. Will post final results in two weeks when I keg/bottle.
